Strong Arms Support Group is facilitated using the ’three C’s of Grief’: Choice, Connection and Communication. We aim to create a welcoming space for managing loss and promoting healing. Attendees can choose to share their story or simply listen. Attendees will reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with others who have similar experiences, processing difficult emotions, and learning coping strategies. Strong Arms is a reminder that you are not alone in this journey of hope and healing.
